01
The brief
IAMD LTD is not a conventional architecture studio. Founded by Deniz Gul, MCIOB, the practice brings architectural design and construction project management into the same conversation — from early concept and feasibility through technical coordination, delivery and staging.
The website had to make that breadth feel focused. It also needed to establish a young independent consultancy with confidence, present Deniz’s credentials properly and showcase meaningful project experience without breaching client confidentiality. A generic architecture template would have weakened the very thing that makes IAMD distinctive.
02
A visual system with architectural logic
We built the design around the language of drawings and material palettes: a measured grid, generous space, disciplined typography and fine rules, set against warm stone tones with a restrained coral accent. Numbered sections give the page the rhythm of a considered presentation rather than a collection of marketing blocks.
The result is deliberately quiet. Project imagery carries the emotion; the interface supplies structure. Every detail supports the same impression IAMD wants clients to take into a first meeting — composed, exact and assured.
03
Interaction, used with restraint
The hero contains a bespoke Three.js architectural study: wireframe volumes sit on a working grid and respond to the visitor on capable desktop devices. It turns IAMD’s relationship with space into an interaction rather than a decorative stock image.
The effect is progressive, not compulsory. The larger WebGL module waits until the visitor interacts with the scene, stays out of the way on smaller screens, respects reduced-motion preferences and does not load when data-saving mode is active. The identity gets a memorable moment without making performance or accessibility pay for it.
04
One page, one coherent argument
The content moves in the order a prospective client needs: what IAMD does, why Deniz is qualified to lead it, where the practice can join a project, what that experience looks like and how to start a conversation. Five consultancy services are separated clearly while remaining part of one end-to-end offer.
Selected projects are described by space and sector rather than client name. A dedicated answer explains why, turning a confidentiality constraint into a sign of professional care instead of leaving a suspicious gap in the portfolio.
05
Built to be understood by search and AI systems
The site is a fully static Astro build with semantic HTML, responsive images, self-hosted assets and a strict security policy. Search engines receive clear page metadata, an XML sitemap and connected structured data for the website, company, professional service, founder, services and frequently asked questions.
For generative discovery, the same facts are stated consistently in visible copy, JSON-LD, llms.txt and a fuller machine-readable company summary. This does not promise rankings or AI citations; it gives crawlers a clean, attributable account of who IAMD is, where it works and what it offers.
06
The finished presence
IAMD now has a website that feels like its work: considered without being precious, technically informed without becoming cold, and detailed without becoming noisy. The practice can introduce itself, establish professional authority and move an enquiry from first impression to direct conversation in one focused experience.
In the Google PageSpeed Insights report recorded on 8 September 2026, the published homepage scored 100 for Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO on both mobile and desktop profiles, together with 3/3 Agentic Browsing checks.
