Which platforms do you manage?

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. You choose which platforms to include based on your package — Essential covers 1, Growth covers 2, Pro covers all 3. If your audience is on a different platform (like TikTok or X), let's talk and we can assess whether it makes sense for your business.

Do I need to provide photos and content?

It helps when you share photos of your work, products or team — authentic imagery always performs best. But it's not a requirement. We can work with stock photography, branded graphics and AI-generated visuals. If you want professional photography, we can arrange that separately.

Do I approve every post before it goes live?

That's up to you. Some clients prefer to review posts in advance — we share them for approval before scheduling. Others prefer to hand it off completely and just see the monthly report. Both approaches work, and you can switch between them at any time.

What are AI-generated videos?

Short video clips (10–15 seconds) created using AI tools — product showcases, animated text overlays, behind-the-scenes style content. They're designed to drive engagement on platforms where video outperforms static images. Every package includes at least one per month. If you provide your own footage, the Pro package also includes Reels and short video concepts.

How does DM monitoring work?

We check and respond to your direct messages during business hours. Essential has a 48-hour response window (weekdays), Growth has 24 hours (weekdays), Pro has 24 hours (weekdays + Saturday). Enquiries that need your personal input get forwarded to you immediately — we don't answer questions we shouldn't.

Can I add paid advertising later?

Yes. Paid advertising management (Facebook/Instagram) is available as a separate add-on at any time — £75 + 20% of ad spend under £250, or £100 + 15% for spend of £250 and above. Up to 2 active campaigns. Your ad budget is paid directly to the platform by you.

Is there a minimum contract?

6-month minimum. Social media builds momentum over time — followers, familiarity and engagement compound with consistency. A shorter engagement wouldn't give the strategy enough time to show results. After 6 months, it continues monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
